General Questions

All cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover Administration, Paypal & Credit Card Fees that are all non refundable.

This may not apply if we cannot supply the product for any reason. Our order processing times are clearly advertised and can vary throughout the year depending on demand, please make sure you have adequately allowed enough time.

Our processing and shipping times are estimates only, we cannot be held accountable if the wait exceeds these times for any reason – we will always do our best to meet these times, but it is not always guaranteed.

During peak times, order processing times can be extended up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your order to be processed and will endeavour for it to be completed as soon as we can. Please refrain from asking for individual assessments of when your order will ship, we will get to it as soon as we can.

We will shut from the end of business day the 18th of December – orders can still be placed and will be processed when we return on the 4th January 2021.

Our Warehouse is located in Port Adelaide, South Australia – details for pickups will be provided on completion of your order.

Yes! Most of our items have quantity discounts enabled for the general quantities that would normally be purchased and is applied automatically.

Yes, if your order has not been shipped or marked as complete you may still have the opportunity to combine the order with a new one to save on shipping.

The process for creating a combined order is –

  1. Check order status is still “Processing” – https://acrylicblanks.com.au/check-order-status/
  2. Place additional order on the website – note order number ( 5 digits )
  3. Message us on Facebook with your old and new order number- https://www.facebook.com/AcrylicBlanksAu/
  4. We’ll then combine your order and refund any additional postage costs we don’t require. (Shipping is calculated on weight.)

Sorry, we only have a warehouse and items are packed away, we prefer letting you browse online in comfort rather then walking around our warehouse 🙂

Yes, pickup is available on checkout, if you are within South Australia, it will appear once you have entered your address. If not, please use our address : 3/20 Endeavour Drive, Port Adelaide, 5015. You will receive an email once the order is ready for pickup with detailed pickup instructions.

Generally orders will ship between 3-6 business days depending on our current workload. Express orders are shipped same day if ordered before 10am, and packed same day and sent next day if ordered after 10am. Please check the lead time which is displayed on the individual product pages as it gets updated regularly.

Order Issues

Sometimes stuff happens that is out of our control, especially when it comes to posties and couriers. Our shipping times are estimates only and don’t account for your location or current delays within the postal network. We can help track your parcel and resolve a missing one, but ultimately can’t be held responsible if your parcels don’t make it in time as its very much out of our control when its in the hands of the courier or postie.

Before you email us asking on a status update or on the current location of a sent parcel, please check  your emails (& Spam) for tracking details that get sent with every order.  This can either come from Shippit or Acrylic Blanks

Yes! Express is an option in the shipping options at the checkout. Orders are prioritized and sent normally same day (If placed before 10am) – Express can take 1-2 days to get to you once sent depending on Australia Posts efficiency to your specific location.

Tracking numbers can be found at the bottom or your completed order page, in your account, or will be sent to you via email once its been picked up by the postie.

To metro areas like Melbourne, yes. Courier post can be more expensive purely for the fact they don’t service a certain area and therefore raise the price to cover the extra effort they go to, to get out there. Express is the only option in which your order processed quicker and shipped out by an express service – generally via Australia Post. All others are standard shipping times, rough guesses of these times are given at the checkout. Please remember these times don’t include processing times which are listed above.

Postage is automatically calculated based on the weight of the items your purchasing as well as your location. If you are in a rural postcode (Deemed by Auspost) Your postage will be higher than that of a metro address.
