Check Order Status

Every product has a lead time shown once a selection is made, please ensure to check this as this will let you know the time it will take for us to process your order.

What the status’s mean

Processing – We’ve received your order and payment and it has been added to our que.

Awaiting Cutting – Your order has now made it to manufacturing and has been allocated to be cut shortly.

Awaiting Fulfillment – Your order has been cut and sorted and is now waiting for one of our warehouse staff to get to it in their list, and package it safely for postage.

Completed – Your order has been packaged and booked for shipment, you will generally receive tracking details when the courier has picked up from us, this occurs generally on the next business day.
