Custom Laser Cut Acrylic Lettering
Create professional, made-to-order acrylic lettering for signs, displays, events, business branding, home décor and personalised projects.

The selected letter height refers to the actual top-to-bottom height of the finished lettering.
Optional Acrylic Background Panel
Add a contrasting acrylic backing panel for a layered, dimensional sign finish.
The background panel is automatically generated from your selected lettering and is designed as one continuous piece, including fonts with disconnected letters, dots and other separate elements.
Choose from background borders of:
3 mm, 5 mm, 7 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm or 20 mm
The selected border is added around the lettering to create a clean, consistent outline. Where suitable, larger internal letter centres are also removed with the corresponding offset to provide a professional finished appearance.
You can select a different acrylic colour and thickness for the background panel to create a contrasting layered design.

Artwork Proof Before Production
After your order is received, we generate production-ready artwork and send you an electronic proof.
You will be able to:
Approve the artwork
or
Request changes
Production will not commence until the artwork has been approved.
Please check spelling, capitalisation, font, colours, dimensions and layout carefully before approving your proof.
Script & Decorative Fonts
Joined script lettering will be supplied as one connected piece wherever the selected font allows.
Some fonts naturally contain separate components such as dots above i or j, accents or disconnected decorative elements. When a background panel is selected, the panel is designed as one continuous piece to support the complete design.
Without a background panel, individual disconnected lettering components may be supplied separately.
Please Note
- Acrylic lettering is supplied as individual laser-cut components unless naturally joined by the selected font or supported by a background panel.
- Colours displayed on screen are indicative only and may vary slightly from the physical acrylic.
- Very fine details may be adjusted where necessary to ensure the finished product can be manufactured reliably.
- Customer notes can be added during configuration for any special requirements.
- All products are custom made to order.
